Phil Hingle
Managing Director
With over 25 years of experience in the private security industry, Phil brings a wealth of expertise spanning military service, security operations, and canine training. His career began with 14 years of distinguished military service before transitioning into the civilian sector. After serving in the military, he pursued a career in road transport as a Class 1 HGV driver, before reskilling in security through a NASDU (National Association of Security Dog Users) certified dog and handler course.
Throughout his career, Phil has operated in a variety of environments, from ground-level site security to senior management roles overseeing contracts, business development, client liaison, HR, compliance, health & safety, and canine welfare. His strategic and operational expertise has benefited clients across numerous sectors.
