Meet our Managing Director, Phil Hingle
With over 25 years of experience in the private security industry, Phil brings a wealth of expertise spanning military service, security operations, and canine training. His career began with 14 years of distinguished military service before transitioning into the civilian sector. After serving in the military, he pursued a career in road transport as a Class 1 HGV driver, before reskilling in security through a NASDU (National Association of Security Dog Users) certified dog and handler course.
Following his qualification, Phil operated as an independent security dog handler for 18 months, specialising in training and developing both handlers and dogs. His capabilities expanded into search operations, where he became a qualified narcotics search dog handler and later specialised in target scent detection, including explosives, mobile phones, cash, munitions, and firearms.
A qualified instructor and examiner with the British Institute for Professional Dog Trainers (BIPDT), Phil has extensive experience in training, assessing, and certifying handlers and operational dogs. His services integrate security operations with specialist search capabilities, covering key holding, alarm response, mobile patrols, static guarding, event security, CCTV, access control, and canine security services.
Throughout his career, Phil has operated in a variety of environments, from ground-level site security to senior management roles overseeing contracts, business development, client liaison, HR, compliance, health & safety, and canine welfare. His strategic and operational expertise has benefited clients across numerous sectors.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Phil is passionate about travel and motorcycling, embodying his energetic and adventurous spirit. His dedication to excellence and comprehensive experience make him a trusted leader in delivering effective, tailored security solutions.
